Privacy Policy

We respect your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Last updated: 1 May 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services operated by Galific Inc. ("Clariti", "we", "our", "us"). By using Clariti you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you create an account, book a demo, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any other information you choose to provide. We also collect content you upload or connect to our platform, including data files, database credentials, and API tokens.

Information collected automatically

We collect usage data, log files, IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and cookie data when you interact with our services. We use this to improve platform reliability and your experience.

Data from connected sources

When you connect third-party services (e.g. Shopify, databases, CSVs), Clariti reads the data you explicitly authorise. We do not access more than is necessary to deliver the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Service delivery

We use your data to operate Clariti: processing your connected data sources, generating AI-powered insights, maintaining your workspace, and sending you product notifications.

AI and inference

Clariti uses large language models to analyse your data and generate summaries and recommendations. Your data is used solely to produce outputs for your workspace. We do not use your proprietary data to train shared models without your explicit consent.

Communication

We may send you transactional emails (account activity, billing), product updates, and—where you have opted in—marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Security and compliance

We process data to detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with applicable laws.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data

Clariti does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your business data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Subprocessors

We share data with trusted subprocessors who help us operate the service—cloud infrastructure providers, AI inference services, analytics tools, and payment processors. All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data.

Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Data Retention

Active accounts

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete specific datasets or your entire workspace at any time from your account settings.

After cancellation

Upon account termination, we delete your personal data and workspace content within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

5. Your Rights

Access and portability

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time. We will provide it in a machine-readable format within 30 days.

Correction and deletion

You may request that we correct inaccurate data or delete your personal information. Deletion requests will be fulfilled within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

Objection and restriction

Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object to that processing. You may also request that we restrict processing while a dispute is resolved.

GDPR / CCPA

If you are located in the EU/EEA or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. Contact us at privacy@clariti.ai to exercise any of these rights.

6. Security

Technical safeguards

Clariti encrypts data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Incident response

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, typically within 72 hours of becoming aware.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies

With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used and improve it. You can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings or our cookie banner.
